SAP Material Management(MM), Records of Goods Received, Goods Issued and Inventory Forecast, Planning & Control, Suppliers Management.

-Heading the Operations Department to look after the supply chain functions of the company
-Procurement of imported, local flooring commodities and installation tools from worldwide vendors
-Effectively planning, forecasting and controlling of inventory for all branches
-Manage the import operations through Weboc/EIF along with freight forwarders/clearing agents
-Analyze critically the demand and supply of inventory
-Strong coordination with foreign suppliers regarding order availability, new products and samples
-Prepare Master Distribution Schedule as per routine delivery and installation activities
-Manage the logistics and dispatch of goods through cost effective transportation companies
-Supervise the team of atleast 20 members including executives
-Prepare and monitor complete shipment plans and liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents for smooth and on time shipment process
-Prepare SAP generated stock status report and order consignment sheet
-Keep proper documentation of goods issue, goods receipt, goods transfer and delivery challans
-Implement Kaizen and 5S to showroom and warehouse of company
